How does the Pay Per Cup model work?

What happens if the coffee machine breaks down?
Should any issues arise, we provide swift maintenance and replacements at no extra cost, ensuring your coffee service remains uninterrupted.
Can we choose the types of coffee and supplies?
Yes, we offer a selection of freshly roasted beans, syrups, and other supplies. We’re happy to customize your order to match your preferences."
Is there a contract or minimum term commitment?
No, we operate without binding contracts or minimum terms. Our flexible approach allows you to adjust or cancel our service as your business needs change.
Do you supply milk?
No, we allow you to supply your own milk as most businesses already supply this. For plant based milks we recommend that a “Barista Blend” is used to ensure the milk and milk foam are nice and fluffy.
Can I use more than one milk type?
Yes, the fridges can hold up to 8 milk bottles. You can use any milk you want by moving the milk wand over.
Does the milk dispense automatically?
Yes, the milk is drawn from the provided fridge next to the machine automatically once you have selected your beverage. It warms and foams the milk as required. Come out nice and hot every time.
Do I need plumbing & drainage?
No, our machines have inbuilt water and drainage tanks. For larger setups and offices, we can plumb in the water and drainage.
Does the machine automatically clean itself?
Yes, the cleaning procedure is completely automatic with a press of button that takes 3 minutes at the end of each day. Barista Buddy undertakes all weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleaning including descaling the water, milk and brewer so you don't have to. All included in our Pay Per Cup model.
How many beverage options are there?
There are 20 beverage options to choose from and you can also create your own profile with your preferred settings.
Are they user friendly to use?
Yes, our machines come with a 1 button operation for all beverages.
How much does it cost per month?
That depends on the number of staff and your monthly consumption. We’ll know this after your free 2-week trial and we’ll work with you to ensure it's just right for you.
